MAHA GOAT operates as an agricultural marketplace designed to minimize transaction friction and broker overhead. To maintain infrastructure, develop regional language tools, verify breeder identities, and provide customer support, a transparent commission model is implemented.

3. Concrete Calculation Examples

- For a ₹25,000 transaction: Buyer commission is ₹500.00; Seller commission is ₹500.00; Total platform revenue is ₹1,000.00.
- For a ₹50,000 flock transaction: Buyer commission is ₹1,000.00; Seller commission is ₹1,000.00; Total platform revenue is ₹2,000.00.
4. Accrual & Collection Workflow
Submitting an inquiry does not trigger liability. Commission is only recorded after both buyer and seller agree on terms and mark the deal Confirmed following in-person animal inspection.
