Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Before Farm Inspection

Either party may cancel a purchase inquiry at any point prior to physical inspection with zero penalty or fee.

2. Physical Inspection & Rejection

If the buyer visits the seller farm and discovers the goat does not match the stated breed, weight, health condition, or age, the buyer is entitled to reject the animal with zero commission obligation.

3. Commission Fee Refunds

Once both parties have confirmed a trade and paid platform commission, fees are generally non-refundable unless there is proven fraud or duplicate payment.

4. Dispute Resolution

In case of discrepancies, our farmer support team mediates disputes within 48 business hours.
